Bring to boil the vinegar, water, salt and sugar in a small saucepan. Add the cut carrot & cook for 3 minutes (don’t let it discolour). Remove from fire, cool and drain. Discard water. Use a sharp knife and cut each egg length wise into 6 equal wedges. You should get 24 pcs. Scoop out the yolks. The whites should resemble boats.
Heat oil, sauté spices followed by onion & red chilies. Add in chicken mixture and let it cook on slow fire for 15 minutes.
Sea Bass with Sweet Vinaigrette
Remove the scales and clean the fish thoroughly. Pat dry with paper towel. Make a couple of slashes on the fish. Mix all the seasoning in a bowl, keep aside.
Roast Turkey with Water Chestnut Stuffing
Preheat Oven to 220°C. Place about one third of the stuffing in the neck and between the flesh and the skin, then tuck the neck flap under the bird’s back and secure it with a small skewer. Place the rest of the stuffing in the body cavity.
