To usher in the Year of the Horse, Casuarina @ Meru held a lion dance performance for the ritual blessings at the hotel driveway, the lobby, the Amanjaya Convention Centre, seminar rooms, administration office and the coffee house. The troupe performed on high stilts accompanied by the sound of cymbals and drums.
The 15-member lion dance troupe gave a spectacular performance. It culminated in the handing over of the ‘platter of prosperity’ consisting of mandarin oranges, pomelos and green lettuce to the Senior Sales and Marketing Manager, Ms Yvonne Phoo and managerial staff, Puan Nur Shuhaila Hassan.
