Heritage Hotel Ipoh is offering Ramadan buffet dinner with a sumptuous spread of iftar feast to guests and diners from June 29 to July 26 at Polo Café.
Diners will have the opportunity to buka puasa (break fast) with their family and friends with plenty of delicious delights specially prepared by Chef Mohamad Yusri bin Md Zabidi and Chef Goh Kim Weng and their team.
“The theme for this year is ‘Kampung Style’ with 7 stalls presenting food from different states,” said Chef Mohamad Yusri. “The signature dishes are Rendang Tok from Perak, Gulai Tempoyak Ikan Patin from Negeri Sembilan, Udang Kerutub and Ketam Masak Manis both from Kelantan.”
To complement the dishes are varying desserts prepared by the pastry chef, Chef Henry Heng. They are Caramel Upside Down Cake, Batik Chocolate Cake and a selection of Malay kuih.
At RM55 nett per adult and RM45 nett per kid (5 to 12 years old), it is the most competitive price city-wide. All foods served are halal.
