Frontier Prestige Car Dealers Sdn Bhd, located in Batu Gajah, recently held its first branch opening. Frontier, acting as a Proton dealer, aims to target customers who are located at the outskirts of Ipoh city, including town areas such as Batu Gajah, Pusing and Sri Iskandar.
In conjunction with the launching ceremony, Frontier also took the opportunity to organise a small car exhibition introducing Proton’s new car, the Iriz. Guests were also treated to a light lunch prior to the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
According to Executive Director, Jerry Lai, the company looks forward to providing exceptional services as well as to bring convenience to their customers who would have to go all the way down to Ipoh for a new car.
“The main reason we decided on this location is because we believe the people here, given a choice would much prefer to buy a car without going all the way down to Ipoh. We strive to bring convenience as well as to assist the population who is located outside of the city,” he said.
Admin Finance Manager, Kevin P’ng also added that the company is planning to expand its business within the next 2-3 years by establishing a service centre.
“Although the business is only at its initial stage, we hope to be able to establish a one stop centre in the next few years, providing different kinds of services such as road tax renewing assistance, insurance information and many more,” he told Ipoh Echo.
Also present at the opening ceremony was the Mayor of Batu Gajah, Haji Tarmidzi bin Abdul Manap, along with Chairman of UMNO Batu Gajah Dato’ Wira Mohd Yusof and Police Chief of Batu Gajah, Shaharon Anuar bin Abdul Latif.
