Launch of The Signature @ Greentown Ipoh
With much fanfare, Ipoh city’s latest condominium project, The Signature @ Greentown Ipoh, was launched at the developer’s sales gallery along Jalan Raja Dihilir on Saturday, December 13.
Adding meaning to the occasion, the developer, a joint venture company between MBM Land Sdn Bhd and Perak Turf Club, made cash donations to selected charitable homes and service organisations. Among them were Soroptimist International Ipoh, Yayasan Sultan Idris Shah, Ray of Hope and Pertubuhan Pengurusan Rumah Anak-Anak Yatim dan Miskin Anning Ipoh.
Among the dignitaries present were guest-of-honour Chairman of Perak Turf Club Tan Sri Dato’ Seri V. Jeyaratnam and Deputy Chairman Dato’ Cheah Choon King; Chairman of MBM Land Sdn Bhd, Dato’ Mohamed bin Hamzah and Director, Wong Wei Khin.
Said to be the epitome of urban living, The Signature is a contemporary serviced residence that denotes ultra-modern living. It is located strategically in the bustling commercial address of Greentown, opposite the iconic Ipoh City Council building.
There will be two towers, one with 28 floors, the other, 21. Each storey consists of five to eight units, with a combined total of 300 units of three types of unique designs.
The Signature also offers two retail floors. Other amenities available are a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna room, gymnasium, BBQ area and children’s playground.
Architect of The Signature, Wei Yeong said, “Taking advantage of the design, there are many corner units, where most would enjoy scenic views.”
To make ownership affordable, the smallest one-bedroom unit measuring 489 sq ft is priced from RM270,000. This is an early bird promotional offer that is valid until December 31.
The Signature @ Greentown Ipoh is estimated to complete in mid-2018.
