Our new breakfast spot, Hong Hin. Their Dry Noodles (konloumeen) has no lard, looks basic but the taste is explosively flavourful. Same goes for their yeongliu, no pork but all fish, blended with sotong paste. The fish balls are firm and bouncy, totally lip-smacking. One more thing to love, generous noodles and scallions. *Pork free.
