With over 100 invited guests, the pit party featured performances such as street dance and neon light dance, the rhythm complemented by a DJ spinning tracks and multi-coloured LED lighting. The evening culminated in the unveiling of the new hot rod. Plus, the space was spread out with food galore, crafted by the Dome Restaurant of Meru Valley Resort.
Present were Ignatius Chew, Ban Hoe Seng founder’s grandson and Dato’ Lim Si Boon, the chairman of Bonanza Venture Holdings Sdn Bhd.
With a record-breaking 7:43.80, the winning ride is the fastest front-wheel-drive production car to ever finish the track around the Nurburgring. There are three finely tuned driving modes for the circuit or the city: flip to “+R” for ultimate control in the circuit, “Sport” for a more powerful and direct driving experience and “Comfort” for an easy, smooth drive around the city.
The 2.0L VTEC turbocharged engine produces 310 PS and 400 Nm of maximum torque, thus offering effortless acceleration and thrilling top speed with a maximum speed of 272 km/h.
Fully imported from the UK, it is presently only available in one colour, “Championship White” with price starting from RM320,000 on the road without insurance.
