BVH – Better Together
Running on the theme “Better Together”, Bonanza Venture Holdings Leadership Retreat in Luang Prabang saw a powerhouse team of 36 participants across various business units in the group connecting on common core values and sharing best practices.
It was a leadership immersion like no other set in Rosewood, a luxury resort located in the charming UNESCO World Heritage Site of Luang Prabang from March 4 to 7.
Brimming with better bonding and fun galore, the retreat served as an empowering platform for leaders and budding leaders to get inspired and learn from other professionals across the group for implementation back in their respective units.
The collaborative culture for success was reinforced as everyone went above and beyond to put together the logistics of the event forming a cross-working dream team with a caring culture at play.
