Dome Restaurant at Meru Valley Resort has announced a fresh new menu influenced by a fusion of Western delights and Asian flavours.
Showcasing ten new additions to the menu, Dome promises to delight you with mouth-watering bowls, succulent grills and delicious sharing platters, complemented by an awe-inspiring golf course setting.
Hungry? Try the all new Chicken Berempah Burger, Pan-Fried Garoupa Fillet or Spiced Baked Lamb Meatballs Pasta. There’s the Japanese Chicken Torikatsu Bento and local cuisines like Seafood Noodle Soup, Fried Noodles, Crispy River Prawn Noodles and Nyonya Fish Head Curry. The new menu is further complemented with the irresistible Nachos Cheese Dip and classic Italian dessert that will melt in your mouth, the Mixed Berries Panna Cotta.
Long-standing favourites are still on the menu, including Nasi Goreng Special, Fish and Chips and Meru Fried Kway Teow, together with Chef’s favourites the Wagyu Burgers and the Japanese Bentos.
Chef Desmond and his team inject new life into the menu by exploring new fresh flavours and imaginative creations. “We are thrilled about these additions to our menu because they really highlight the diverse flavour profiles of the East and West,” said the Executive Sous Chef, Desmond Wong.
“While we serve food with fresh, better-for-you ingredients, we also aim to offer craveable meals that keep guests coming back again and again,” he added.
While enjoying the new delights of the new menu, guests can relax to the mellifluous tunes of our in-house pianist playing live music on Saturday evenings.
