Tourism Malaysia Surfcasting Tour 2019 – Biggest Angler Event (28 Jul 2019)

The fifth leg of Tourism Malaysia Surfcasting Tour 2019 will be held Sunday, July 28 at the beach of Marina Island Resort, Lumut.

Organised by Tourism Malaysia in collaboration with Wak Jali Event Management, the fishing competition aims to promote Visit Malaysia Year 2020 nationwide.

It is slated to be the biggest angler event in the country offering RM1,327,500 worth of prizes overall.

Running on the clean sweep concept, a participant is eligible to win more than one prize.

The registration for the fifth leg will be opened at the tournament site from 12 noon on Saturday, July 27 till the end of the next day’s tournament.

Participation fee is priced at RM80 for one rod and each participant is allowed to register a maximum of two rods only.

The first 1000 entries will receive complimentary T-shirts.
