Since her rapid rise to fame as a YouTuber four months ago, 28-year-old Sugu Pavithra has been shining like a star when she was featured on the cover of online magazine, Pepatung.
According to a news source from the internet, the photography process for Pavithra took a fortnight, involving discussion sessions for photography.
The curating for the fashion shoot included clothing from well-known local fashion designers such as Bernard Chandran, Rizman Ruzaini and Gayathri Silk Sarees.
Pavithra, who is also a mother of two, resides in the northern part of Sungai Siput, Perak. She gained attention locally and now even internationally, through her cooking videos which can be found on her four-month-old YouTube channel. To date, she has more than a million subscribers to her channel.
Her efforts, which were initially to help her husband, M. Sugu, had also garnered attention from our Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, who commended and supported the YouTuber of Indian descent.
