70 food boxes were contributed to the community of Orang Asli Kampung Ralak Pos Kemar through a relief mission by Menteri Besar Incorporated (MBInc).
The Orang Asli’s Tok Batin (headman), Abu Bakar Aluej expressed gratitude to Menteri Besar, Dato’ Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu via MBInc, for their valuable contribution to the community of 350.
“With the COVID-19 yet to end, we are facing troubles obtaining food supplies,” he expressed. “Besides that, it’s a long and far journey from our place of living to town.”
The relief mission is part of MBInc’s service in improving the Orang Asli community’s socio-economic activities.
Previously, MBInc has adopted two other Orang Asli kampongs as their villages, which are Kampung Sungai Cincin in Chenderiang and Kampung Bukit Cermin in Kuala Kangsar.
The village adoption programme is MBInc’s continuous initiative in ensuring that Orang Asli receives holistic benefits in terms of education, economy and social development.
