Dato’ Saarani Mohamad, the 14th Menteri Besar of Perak, officially commenced his duties today (December 11).
59-year-old Saarani arrived at the state secretariat building around 9am earlier.
Clad in a green baju Melayu outfit, Saarani was welcomed by state secretary Dato’ Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim, state legal advisor Azmir Shah Zainal Abidin and state financial officer Zulazlan Abu Hassan.
