Kampar District Council (MDKpr) is extending a compound reduction offer of up to 70 percent for parking compound arrears until March 31.
According to a statement by the President of MDKpr, the notice was due to encouraging responses by the public regarding the reduction offer.
The extended period will provide an opportunity for compounded individuals (OKK) to settle their arrears at an unburdening rate.
The public is advised to reap this golden opportunity to resolve their compound arrears in order to avoid legal actions via court summons.
The offer is only applicable for offences related to parking vehicles out of parking lots or failure of displaying parking coupons. Other offences are subject to existing reduction procedures.
Compound payments may be done at payment counters in the MDKpr Administration Complex, Jalan Iskandar. For more inquiries, contact the Enforcement Department of MDKpr via 05 467 1020 or 05 467 1029.
