Sunway Lagoon Water Park (SL) and Sunway Lost World of Tambun (SLWOT) are back being the focus of attention, after returning to operations yesterday (March 6).
Sunway Theme Park executive director, Calvin Ho said that both parks received unexpectedly high visits and it’s taken as a good start.
“We’re thankful that the public is back on vacation once the government has allowed operations. The public started flooding SL and SLWOT since 9am yesterday while waiting for both theme parks to open at 10am.
“We rebranded State of Play by reinforcing SOPs to guarantee safety and fun time for visitors while at our theme park premises.
“We’ll always perform sanitisation on frequently touched areas and play equipment after each round. Also, we’ll clean the pools based on set frequencies. We’ll also ensure that visitors practice physical distancing at each counter and station.”
Both theme parks are open daily except during Tuesdays. SL operates from 10am to 6pm, while SLWOT operates from 10am to 11pm.
