A vehicle broke out in fire along Kampung Batu 9 at Jalan Pahang in Tapah, Perak earlier today (May 8).
A spokesperson for the Perak Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) said that an emergency call regarding the incident was received at around 10.18am.
A squad and a vehicle from the Tapah Fire and Rescue Station was rushed to the scene immediately after.
“Two water-based hose reels attached to the fire vehicle were used to extinguish the fire. No victims were involved.
“The situation was brought under control by 11.02am,” he explained.
The operation was led by Senior Fire Officer II Johari Mohammad.
