The admission application results to IPTs (Institutes of Higher Education) such as public universities, polytechnics, community colleges and Public Skills Training Institutions (IKLA) at Certificate, Foundation and Diploma levels, as well as the Bachelor of Architecture Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), for Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) graduates will be announced tomorrow (July 16).
The Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) in a statement said that the results can be checked online from 12pm at https://jpt.utm.edu.my, http://jpt.uum.edu.my, https://jpt.unimas.my, https://jpt.ums.my and http://jpt.umt.edu.my.
According to MOHE, the offer acceptance confirmation and offer letter can be printed from this Saturday (July 17) till July 26 from the website of the Public Higher Institutions of Learning (IPTA) and ILKA.
“The official offer letter will be issued by IPTA and ILKA on the same day the candidate accepts the offer within 10 days as stated,” the statement mentioned.
MOHE added that only applicants who failed and received a certificate program offer could submit an appeal application via UPUOnline for admission to public universities and polytechnics at https://upu.mohe.gov.my within 11 days from July 16 until July 26.
Appeals to Community Colleges and ILKA can be submitted directly to the institution without going through UPUOnline.
According to MOHE, the placement offer for the 2021/2022 academic session is finalised and any application for exchange is not allowed.
The student appeal policy is subject to vacancies offered according to the program of study after the registration of new students is completed.
