The Perak SADC Agrofest 2022 programme highlighted The Treasure @ Gopeng Herb Garden as one of the new agrotourism products in the state.
The programme was organised by the Perak State Agriculture Development Corporation (SADC) in collaboration with The Treasure @ Gopeng Herb Garden from May 28 till 31.
Various events were held such as tours, ATV rides, kayaking, cycling, petting zoo and more.
The opening night was graced by Raja Muda of Perak, Raja Jaafar Ibni Almarhum Raja Muda Musa.
Attended by over 300 visitors, the exclusive performance featured popular artist Datuk Zainal Abidin, Atilia Haron and New Village Music Lab.
Present were Toh Muda Orang Kaya Kaya Panglima Kinta Seri Amar Bangsa DiRaja, Dato’ Ab. Wahab Dato’ Seri Azizul Hassan; Executive Councillor for Housing, Local Government and Tourism, Dato’ Nolee Ashilin binti Dato’ Mohammed Radzi and the CEO of Perak SADC, Yahanis Yahya.
The Treasure @ Gopeng Herb Garden which is owned by Perak SADC, a government-linked company, has undergone rebranding and upgrade since November 2021. It is now ready to receive tourists from in and out the country.
The Treasure @ Gopeng Herb Garden which is under the management and funds of Proven Optimisation Innovative Solutions (POIS) highlights three main pillars: education, community development and environmental preservation.
