The Batu Gajah District Council will hold an Eco Green Market Programme and the opening of a service counter this Sunday (26 June 2022) at Surau Al-Ikhlas Bandar Pulai Jaya.
The three-hour programme will begin at 9am.
In a statement, the district council said that the local community is invited to attend and bring recyclable goods to be traded in for daily necessities.
According to the statement, the district council service counter will also be opened to the local community for payment matters of certain bills as well as enquiries.
“Among them are payments for assessment taxes, payments for compounds, enquiries and printing of assessment tax bills, public complaints and E-Kasih registration”.
“On that day, there will be a special opportunity to get a 50% reduction in compound payments and Notice E exemption for full payments of assessment tax,” the statement added.
