HRH Sultan of Perak, Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah visited the Malaysia Agriculture, Horticulture & Agrotourism (MAHA) Exhibition 2022 which took place at the Malaysia Agricultural Expo Park Serdang (MAEPS).
His Majesty’s arrival was accompanied by Her Royal Highness the Queen of Perak, Tuanku Zara Salim at the Perak Pavilion grounds around 10.30am and was greeted with a cultural dance performance by the Perak Scarf Group.
The two of them were escorted to the Perak Pavilion which was inspired by Istana Tepas Kuala Kangsar, to see various exhibitions based on technology, the food industry, culture, online bazaars, tourism products and so on.
In addition to visiting the Mechanization Site, Livestock Site and Floriculture Site, His Majesty also visited the Perak State Agricultural Development Corporation (Perak SADC) booth at Hall A of MAEPS.
This site houses various activities carried out by Perak SADC with various parties to support sustainability in the field of food security.
Also accompanying His Majesty was the Menteri Besar of Perak, Dato’ Seri Saarani Mohamad; Secretary of the Perak State Government, Dato’ Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim and a line of State Government Meeting Council Members.
