The Perak Masters Athletic Association has officiated an event called the Kledang Hill Run in Ipoh on September 16, which saw the participation of 105 people. The event was held in the pursuit of encouraging the younger generation to embrace the concept of “In our multi-racial community”.
The event was held in conjunction with the National Sports Day 2022, which will be observed in October 2022, and the commemoration of Malaysia Day 2022. The association provided T-shirts, along with goodie bags and finisher medals to those who had participated in the event. Before the event began, the club members had organised a mini aerobic session with the participants to warm them up.
Present to preside over the event was the deputy director of the Perak State Youth and Sports Department, Mr. Mohd Khairol Bin Kamis. Additionally, he presented the winners with their awards.
Also present was the president of the association, Mr. Tamil Chelvam, who gave the event his full support. The event was officially sponsored by Desa Rishah Mini Market and A One Fresh and Frozen Food Sdn Bhd.
