The Perak State Agricultural Development Corporation (Perak SADC) implemented the distribution of Ladang Rakyat profits to recipients in three districts last Tuesday and Thursday.
A total of 200 recipients in Bagan Datuk received a windfall during the distribution conducted at the closed hall of the District and Land Office (PDT) of Bagan Datuk.
Each recipient received a distribution of RM300 with a total distribution amounting to about RM60,000.
The distribution ceremony was completed by the General Manager of Perak SADC Social Corporation, Mohd Zaid Zulkifli and Assistant District Officer of Community Development, Ahmad Faiz Sakri.
For recipients in Teluk Intan, the distribution ceremony will be held at the Hilir Perak Land and District Office hall.
The presentation was completed by the Chairman of the State Rural Development, Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Committee, who is also a member of the Sungai Manik State Assembly, Dato’ Zainol Fadzi Paharudin.
Also present were Assemblyman Changkat Jong, Dato’ Mohd Azhar Jamaluddin and Assemblyman Pasir Berdamar, Terence Naindu.
In Parit, a total of 700 recipients received the distribution which took place at Dewan Dato’ Ahmad Hambal, Bota.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of Parit Member of Parliament and Chairman of the National Housing Company Berhad (SPNB), Dato’ Nizar Zakaria.
Also present was Belanja assemblyman, Khairuddin Abu Hanipah.
Perak SADC hopes that the donations will be able to alleviate the burden and cover the daily expenses of all the recipients.
