10 EXCOs sworn in today

Former 10th Menteri Besar, Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin was among the 10 leaders who were sworn into office as Members of the Exco of the Perak State Government today.
The ceremony of appointment and being sworn in took place in front of the Sultan of Perak Sultan Nazrin Shah at Istana Iskandariah.
Also attending the ceremony was the Raja Permaisuri Perak, Tuanku Zara Salim; Raja Muda Perak, Raja Jaafar Raja Muda Musa; Raja Puan Besar Perak, Raja Nazhatul Shima Sultan Idris Shah and Raja Di Hilir Perak, Raja Iskandar Dzulkarnain Almarhum Sultan Idris Shah.
Four of the appointed Exco are from Pakatan Harapan (PH), A. Sivanesan (DAP-Sungkai); Loh Sze Yee (DAP-Jalong); Teh Kok Lim (DAP-Aulong) and Woo Kah Leong (DAP-Pasir Bedamar).
The three Exco appointed again are Dato’ Seri Ir Dr Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin (Amanah-Sungai Rapat); Sandrea Ng Shy Ching (PKR-Teja) and Mohd Azlan Helmi Helmi (PKR-Tualang Sekah).
The other three Exco appointed from BN are Dato’ Mohd Zolkafly Harun (BN-Lintang); Salbiah Mohamed (BN-Temengor) and Khairudin Abu Hanipah (BN-Belanja).
All of them then signed the oath under the witness of Ipoh High Court Judge, Datuk Abdul Wahab Mohamed.
Yesterday, Kota Tampan assemblyman, Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad was sworn in as the 15th Menteri Besar of
Perak at Istana Iskandariah Kuala Kangsar at 5.40pm, after BN and PH agreed to cooperate to form a state government in Perak.
However, the portfolios of all Exco concerned will be notified later.
