‘Drink N Draw’ Cartoon Workshop at Kaki Komik Fest 2022

Kaki Komik Fest 2022 will be coming to Aeon Mall Kinta City, Ipoh on November 26 and 27, from 10 am to 10 pm. The mall will once again be the epicentre for a parade of pop-culture.
The 2-day event will celebrate contemporary culture with a cacophony of cosplay, comics, competitions, collectibles and creativity in general. It’s organised by Aeon Mall Kinta City, Sako Plus, Pekan Mainan Ipoh and Shichibukai Perak Cosplay.
A particularly noteworthy attraction has to be the ‘Drink N Draw’ Cartoon Workshop with Azmi Hussin on November 26, at 11 am, which will be held at the centre court. If you haven’t heard of him, he’s a holder of 3 Malaysian Book of Records and 2 Asia Book of Records, for:
1) The Most Number of Live Caricature in 24 hours (2017)
2) Longest Coffee Painting (2019)
3) Longest Comic Strip (2021)
In addition, he’s the author of the Little Mamak and Tanjung Life series.
The Drink N Draw is a non-profit event organised by Perak’s cartoonist communities and supported by Dana Kreatif Perak by Port Ipoh, a contemporary art agency under the state government.
