In an update by the Ipoh City Council (MBI), it is stated that the technical problems faced by Park@Perak involve major improvements that need to be implemented.
These improvements will take a little time but the council is doing their best to ensure that this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.
No compound will be issued for non-payment of charges during the period of this technical interruption.
MBI always updates the latest status of Park@Perak through MBI’s social media.
Users who have been compounded may submit the attachment of the compound letter and proof of use for review and further action.
Attachments can be submitted through the feedback menu on the Park@Perak application (if the Park@Perak application is accessible) or email to park@perak.gov.my
