People who are looking for job opportunities, especially the youth, are invited to attend the Perak Career Carnival Tour 2023, Kuala Kangsar tomorrow.
This career carnival will be held at Dewan Chandan Putri starting at 11 am.
A total of 3,285 job vacancies were offered involving 11 employers who participated in the carnival organised by Pusat Aspirasi Anak Perak (Pasak).
Among the companies involved is Puncak Emas Infra Sdn. Bhd., Yamaha Electronics Manufacturing (M) Sdn. Bhd., Segi Cash & Carry Sdn. Bhd. and 99 Speedmart Sdn. Bhd.
Also participating are Penang Youth Development Corporation (PYDC), and Synergy Alliance Solutions Sdn. Bhd., RSA Laris Utara Sdn. Bhd. (Mat Rock) and Power IT Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
Meanwhile, Pasak General Manager, Fikri Junit said, the carnival is a continuation of a similar programme that was conducted in Ipoh last year.
“Pasak as an agency under the portfolio of the Chairman of the State Human Resources Committee is always looking for ways to facilitate job seekers among local youth.
“Therefore, opportunities like this should not be missed where the youth can come and seize the available job opportunities,” he said.
He added that bringing the carnival to the districts brings more job opportunities to the target group.
