MANJUNG – The role of counter staff in any service is indeed important because they are the face of an agency.
The counter staff also carries the image of the agency in the quality of service provided.
The Manjung Municipal Council (MPM) is no exception, emphasising these qualities when it named its staff, Vimaladevi Subramaniam, to receive the Best Counter Attendant Award in 2022.
This award was given because she successfully delivered quality and friendly service while meeting customer expectations.
The President of MPM, Syamsul Hazeman Md Salleh presented the award at the MPM 2022 Excellent Service Award Presentation Ceremony (APC) which was held recently.
This award ceremony is one form of appreciation for the services and contributions of MPM employees who have shown excellent work performance throughout the past year.
A total of 59 officers and members have received APC while 45 officers and members have received the President’s Special Award.
This is a special appreciation to those who have enriched the name of MPM through involvement at the state and national level.
In his speech, Syamsul Hazeman expressed his heartfelt congratulations and thanks to all MPM employees who always contribute the best service.
