Buyers of PerakKu House Taman Tualang Sekah Phase 2 receive keys

KAMPAR – A total of 20 home buyers of Taman Tualang Sekah Phase 2 here received their house keys at a ceremony held at the housing estate yesterday.
Taman Tualang Sekah Phase 2 was developed by a local property developer, Mimbar Nusantara Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (Nusantara pulpit).
This housing project is divided into two phases of which Phase 1 was completed in 2018 containing 54 single-storey terrace units sold at a price of only RM70,000 per unit
The phase 2 project contains 20 2-storey terrace units that have just been completed and sold out last year at a price of RM230,000.
Yesterday’s key handover ceremony involved buyers for Phase 2.
This is a PerakKu housing scheme project in the Tualang Sekah area.
This PerakKu Taman Tualang Sekah Phase 2 housing project has been selected and won the Property Guru Asia Awards Malaysia With IProperty 2022 – Best Mass Market Landed Development (Northern Region) Taman Tualang Sekah.
Managing Director of Mimbar Nusantara Holdings Sdn Bhd, Nazrin Cheong said, this is also the first Rumah PerakKu project in Perak to win a housing development award at the national level.
“I believe and believe in the initiative and commitment of the Perak government to be able to increase the development of affordable houses in Perak.
“This will provide improvements and opportunities for the people, especially young people, to be able to buy and own their own dream house,” he said.
Mimbar Nusantara also delivered a donation of food boxes to 20 less able families in preparation for Ramadan.
A total of 10 outstanding students who are about to enter secondary school in the Tualang Sekah State Assembly area also received schooling donations.
