Perhaps some people are getting bored with the food at the Ramadan bazaar and want to try the Ramadan Buffet which has the concept of old traditional Malay cuisine.
The best suggestion is the ‘Impiana Iftar Buffet’ which features concepts from various traditions to international options.
A touch from Executive Chef Nizam Abdul Rahim and his team at Hotel Impiana Ipoh (HII) will be serving a variety of special dishes from 25 March to 21 April 2023.
Grilled goat with marinated sauce and sauce created by Chef Nizam is a must and certainly a favourite among visitors.
Local traditional dishes such as ‘local cauldron goulash’, Impiana heritage rendang tok, fish head curry, Impiana pizza, seafood, satay, Impiana lambuk porridge and a selection of sweets are also on offer to tantalise the palate.
A sweets counter for children is also provided with the main selection of chocolate fountains and ice cream.
The normal buffet price is RM118 for adults, RM98 for senior citizens and RM78 for children. Special offer for early booking of Ramadan iftar vouchers priced at RM95 per person and RM999 for 1 booklet (10 vouchers) open until March 31.
Meanwhile, HII is also promoting Iftar Tapao which is a wrap set with a price of RM19.90. There is a selection of biryani sets, patin lemak tempoyak fish sets, ‘minyak rice sets’ and ‘cauldron goulash sets’ for Ipoh residents to enjoy. An additional amount of RM2.00+ for each carbonated drinking water (optional).

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
The management of HII also provides donations of bubur lambuk for four days to the public. Drive-through distribution will be held every Friday at 4.00 pm on March 24, 31 and April 7, 14, 2023.
A donation fund has been established for the public to channel aid to the Orphanage and Poor People’s Hostel Budi Mulia Nurul Huda, Tanah Hitam Chemor. Donations will be given as soon as the month of Ramadan ends.
