IPOH: Having a new shirt to wear on the morning of Aidilfitri is sure to bring joy to kids.
For this group of kids, the joy of celebrating Aidilfitri is to go out celebrating with friends while wearing new clothes.
Thus, this joy was brought to 50 orphans from around Kota Tampan, Lenggong.
They were taken to choose their favorite raya clothes at Jakel Supermarket here at the Yayasan Perak Aidilfitri program with Orphans yesterday.
It aims to celebrate orphans while giving them the opportunity to experience the atmosphere of shopping for Raya.
Each man receives a set of baju Melayu and baju kurung for women.
Earlier, this program was officiated by the wife of the Perak Menteri Besar, Datin Seri Aezer Zubin who is also the President of the Perak State Women’s Charity and Enterprise (Baiduri).
Also present was the General Manager of Yayasan Perak, Azrul Sani Ibrahim.
