It is not easy to live without our beloved family however I am thankful that I’m well taken care of by the caretaker.”

The team then continued their journey to Rumah Anak-Anak Yatim Darul Hikmah, Gopeng, which housed 48 children aged 7 to 17 years old. The team has contributed various raya sundries besides spending some quality time with the children. Tuan Haji Jamal Din, the person in charge of the Home shared that the Home was established in 1991 on 32 acres of land by his late parents with only 10 orphans. He then continued their services till now. “It is a meaningful visitation from the Team and thank you for the contribution” he said.

I really love the tasty KFC which is one of my favorite meals.”

Mr Nicholas Chan, Chief Executive Officer of PCSH said, “Raya festivities are often a boisterous, joy- filled affair as family members come together in celebration. For some, however, the occasion can also be a time of increased loneliness. It gives us an immense amount of happiness that we’re able to bring a smile to the elderly and orphans’ faces by providing them with love and care.

Caring for the underprivileged and the community is always an important responsibility for the hospital. We are grateful to our collaborative partner in joining us on this meaningful venture. We believe with synergized efforts we are able to provide more to our recipients and benefit the community in a holistic approach. Giving a Future of Love and Hope to those in need is all that matters.”
