IPOH: The charming city of Ipoh has an exciting opportunity for you to become a proud homeowner of a single-storey terrace house, starting at an affordable price of RM281,255.
If you’re looking for a home that not only offers an array of attractive features but also contributes to the growth and development of its surrounding community, look no further than MK Land Holdings Bhd.
According to the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of MK Land, Dato’ Faris Yahaya, the one-storey terraced house project with permanent ownership has been a catalyst for the Klebang Putra area’s growth since 2003.
With a focus on sustainable development and community building, MK Land Holdings Bhd is not just building houses, but also creating thriving neighbourhoods where residents can live, work and play.
“The Klebang Putra area is currently undergoing a major infrastructure development project that will connect it to Meru Perdana 2 via a new bypass which is expected to be completed in June or July this year.
“The shortcut project is indeed easy access to major cities such as Ipoh and Kuala Kangsar. It will be an important selling point to potential buyers.
“Other facilities such as clubhouses with multipurpose halls and swimming pools, schools, mosques, recreational areas, and commercial centres such as banks, gas stations, and pharmacies also benefit residents.
“The offering of interesting features, the Carnelian2 project will attract the interest of buyers just like our previous housing development projects,” he told the media after the Launching Ceremony of the Sale of One-Storied Terrace Houses, Carnelian2 and the Hari Raya Celebration Ceremony at Taman Meru Eprdana 2, here today.
The Carnelian2 project involves 90 one-storey terrace houses with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a total built-up area of 1,363 square feet and is expected to be completed in April 2025.
According to Faris Yahaya, MK Land had previously completed two phases of the development of Taman Klebang Putra, consisting of 1,273 residential units and 292 commercial units.
“The MK Land group also invests to develop the surrounding area in addition to the main objective of creating job opportunities and contributing to local economic activities through various social development initiatives,” he said.
The launch was completed by the Menteri Besar of Perak, Dato’ Seri Saarani Mohamad. Also present was the Chairman of the State Housing and Local Government Committee, Sandrea Ng Shy Ching.
At the same event, Saarani Mohamad also presented ‘duit raya’ to 24 orphans and Tahfiz students from Maahad Tahfiz Qiraati Addin.
