Bivalen COVID-19 Vaccine: Perak State Health Department Seeks Public Feedback

IPOH: The Perak State Health Department (JKNP), in collaboration with the Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM), is gathering feedback on the acceptance of the Bivalen COVID-19 vaccine among government employees and high-risk individuals in Perak.
In light of this, all government employees and high-risk individuals (aged 60 and above, pregnant women, and chronic patients) in Perak are invited to participate in this survey. The survey period will run until June 30, 2023.
For individuals below 18 years of age, parental/guardian consent is required before filling out the survey through the Google Form link and QR code provided: https://forms.gle/P5wmJuWvmnosEgK9A.
The Bivalen COVID-19 vaccine is a new-generation vaccine that offers enhanced protection against emerging subvariants (such as Omicron).
