IPOH – Ipoh residents are reminded not to miss out on the up to 50% discount offered on domestic tour packages in conjunction with the Cuti-Cuti Malaysia 2023 campaign.
The incredible discount is available for three days from July 14th to 16th, 2023, as part of the Jom Cuti-Cuti Malaysia (JCCM) 2023 roadshow held at AEON Mall Kinta City Ipoh.
Iskandar Mirza Mohd Yusof, the Senior Director of the Domestic and Events Division at Tourism Malaysia, stated that the fourth edition of JCCM 2023 aims to encourage Perak residents to travel within the country and further stimulate domestic tourism activities.
“A total of 26 local tourism industry players, including agents, tour product owners, and hotels, are offering over 100 exciting tour packages.
“We want to encourage Malaysians to plan their trips by introducing new eco-tourism products at selected locations in conjunction with the second-semester school break at the end of August,” he said to Ipohecho after the JCCM 2023 launch event held here today.
Among the attractive packages offered are the Royal Belum Exploration Package, Moonlight Festival Package in Muar, Durian ‘Madness’ Package, 8 Islands Exploration Package in Semporna, Kota Kinabalu and Kundasang Discovery Package, Mount Jerai Vacation Package, Teacher’s Holiday Package, Special Interest Package in conjunction with Tourism Malaysia’s 50th Anniversary Celebration, Dive Into The Unimaginable 2023 Scuba Diving Package, and Archeo and Geopark Lembah Lenggong Tour Package.
JCCM 2023 will continue at four other locations throughout the country, namely AEON Mall Shah Alam (August 25th-27th), Sunway Carnival Mall (September 29th-October 1st), Sunway Pyramid (October 27th-29th), and AEON Mall Bandaraya Melaka (November 10th-12th).
In addition to the tourism exhibition and package sales, JCCM 2023 also features cultural dance and music performances, handicraft demonstrations, tourism quizzes, and lucky draws for visitors in attendance.
