GARBAGE VIGILANTE: No sense of responsibility, throwing trash at recreation park

The area near Taman Tasik Taiping is polluted by garbage thrown  by a few individuals who have no sense of responsibility or guilt.

After enjoying  fast food, the packages are just thrown in the field that should be a place of leisure.

Civic mindedness should be taught and nurtured from childhood and parents, teachers and schools should inculcate this mindset  of not littering and keeping the environment clean for others.
