IPOH: Police will close roads and set diversions in the area of the Perak Darul Ridzuan Building square starting at 7 am and onwards, to ensure the smooth running of the Perak’s Warriors’ Day Celebration 2023 this Monday.
In addition, phased road closures and diversions will also be carried out according to current requirements throughout the program rehearsal session that will take place on 29 and 30 July.
The roads involved in the gradual closure and diversion are Jalan Kuala Kangsar (susur keluar Jalan Raja Muda Aziz), Jalan Panglima Bukit Gantang Wahab (JKR Perak), susur Jalan Kuala Kangsar and Jalan St. John.
Accordingly, road users, especially Ipoh residents, are advised to plan their journeys and choose alternative routes to avoid being caught in traffic jams during road closures and diversions.
