IPOH – Dato’ Dr Zulkapli Mohamed, the Director-General of Public Service, has conducted a site visit to the Type 3 Health Clinic (KK3) project in Manjoi.
During the visit, he was briefed by representatives from the Public Works Department on restructuring the Manjoi KK3 Project.
The five-story Manjoi Health Clinic is expected to provide various services, including health check-ups, X-ray facilities, dental services, rehabilitation, and more.
The clinic is being built to replace the old health clinic operating since 1971.
Construction of the new Manjoi Health Clinic building began on March 6, 2018, but faced delays, leading to the termination of the contract on February 12, 2020.
To continue the RM26,427,805.00 project, the Public Works Department has appointed a new contractor.
Construction work resumed on September 17, 2021, and is expected to be completed by September 14, 2023.
