Perak Police received 30 lifeboats

MANJUNG: Perak Police received 30 lifeboats as new assets for use by the force at a ceremony at the Manjung District Police Headquarters.

The ceremony was officiated by the state Police Chief, Datuk Sri Mohd Yusri Hassan Basri.

Also present were the Head of the Perak Criminal Investigation Department, SAC Luqman Abdul Rahman and the Marketing Manager of X Era Engineering Supply, Muhamad Hazwan Md Disa.

The company ‘X Era Engineering Supply’ has been commissioned to build 30 lifeboats to be handed over to the Perak Police Contingent.

These boats are for use in rescue operations such as moving flood victims and sending aid in flooded areas.

There was also a ceremony to present a certificate of appreciation to 30 policemen who attended the introduction and operation of this rescue boat.
