Keeping hydrated for the matches.
A battle pose.

“The Meru Social Tennis Group started playing actively about five years ago and this is the first time that we have invited a team to play a friendly tournament,” said Sandra Wong, Captain of Team Meru.

Lingli Tan, Captain of Team Lingli, thanked Wong for the invitation to play at Meru. “It’s a wonderful experience playing in such scenic surroundings on courts set next to a lush rainforest and facing a beautiful lake.

Perfect weather. Not the scorching heat we’ve been experiencing lately.
Serve’s up!

“We look forward to this being an annual event,” she said.

Pioneer of hopefully many more invitationals to come.
Fun for the family, including the furry ones.

Team Lingli won the tournament 7 games to 5 in a series of thrilling matches in perfect weather, watched by enthusiastic spectators in a fun and colourful family event.
