TELUK INTAN – The Petronas Malaysian Cub Prix Championship Round 6, held at the Speedy Teluk Intan Circuit, has firmly placed this district on the national motorsports map.
The event, which took place last Saturday and Sunday, attracted the presence of over 5,000 motorsports enthusiasts.
The Speedy Circuit’s 1.1582-kilometer track proved to be a fierce battleground for the racers.
Government officials from the state of Perak were also present to witness the races and present awards.
Among them were Sandrea Ng, the Exco for Housing and Local Government, and Khairudin Abu Hanipah, the Exco for Education, Higher Education, Youth, and Sports.
Meanwhile, the Community and Public Relations Division of the Teluk Intan Municipal Council expressed their appreciation to all agencies in the Lower Perak District who were involved.
The collective effort of all agencies played a significant role in the success of the 2023 Cub Prix Championship Round 6 this year.
“We extend our heartfelt thanks to the organizers for choosing Teluk Intan as the host for this Cub Prix Championship.
“Congratulations to the racers who emerged victorious in the Cub Prix Championship,” stated the release.
