Their first-place prize in the Super Senior category comprised certificates and a championship plaque, along with gold medals and participation certificates.
PCIRI’23 served as a platform for the Creative Visual Arts Program in collaboration with the Research and Innovation Unit of Chenderoh Community College. It aimed to showcase innovation and the creation of creative products using recycled materials to foster environmental awareness and concern.
The competition revolved around the theme of Perak’s identity.
A total of 25 groups from various educational institutions, including vocational colleges across Perak, participated in this category.
The UiTM group came up with an innovative product called “CREAT,” which highlighted art and tourism. Two resulting products included art pieces and placemats for plates and cups, all crafted from recycled plastic materials.
