IPOH: Assistance from fire brigade personnel was needed to rescue a kitten hiding in the engine compartment of a car at Meru Desa Park here today.
A spokesperson for the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) in Perak said they received the call about the incident at 10:38 am.
Furthermore, the spokesperson mentioned that the caller, identified as Norasiah, reported the presence of a kitten in the engine compartment of a Perodua Myvi.
“Instructed by the operations chief, team members conducted a search in the engine compartment using flashlights.
“In the end, the cat was found and safely removed from the engine compartment,” he said.
