IPOH – Two motions related to legislation will be presented during the Perak State Assembly (Dewan Undangan Negeri – DUN) session, scheduled to take place from December 1 to December 8.
The Speaker of the Perak State Assembly, Dato’ Mohammad Zahir Dato’ Abdul Khalid, announced that the first motion pertains to the 2024 Appropriation Bill, which will be presented by the Perak Chief Minister, Dato’ Seri Saarani Mohamad.
He added that the second motion, the Perak Islamic Wills Bill 2023, will also be presented by the Perak Chief Minister, involving six State Assembly Members in the debate session.
“The debate session is scheduled for the Second Sitting on December 4, 2023,” he explained.
As customary, throughout the six-day session, 60 minutes will be allocated for oral question sessions.
