IPOH: The Blood Donation Unit of Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun (HRPB) requires contributions from the public as it is currently facing a shortage of type A blood supply.
This is because the supply of group A blood is decreasing, and there are concerns that it will affect the availability of this blood type.
Through a statement on social media, the HPRB Blood Donation Unit hopes that individuals with type A blood will be ready to donate.
“The blood supply is needed to meet the rising demand for chronic patients and emergencies.
“Come, respond quickly by visiting the HPRB Blood Donation Unit or our blood donation campaign near you,” the statement said.

Sunday, December 24 –
AEON Kinta City, AEON Klebang, and Econsave Botani.
The Blood Donation Unit of Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun Ipoh, Perak operates from Monday to Friday, starting from 8 am until 5 pm.
