IPOH: The Perak state government is committed to helping resolve the issue of five abandoned housing projects in the state in the coming year.
The State Housing and Local Government Exco of Perak, Sandrea Ng Shy Ching, stated that this matter was emphasized during the recent State Legislative Assembly session.
“As an initial preparation effort, a recent site visit to the abandoned projects was conducted in Manjung, namely Taman Limau Emas, Beruas, and Taman Cempaka II.
“The issue of Taman Limau Emas has been ongoing for over 30 years. This visit was to assess the current situation and identify the problems and suggestions to save the related project,” she said in a statement.
The survey involved the Perak Housing and Property Board and the Manjung Municipal Council.
Therefore, Sandrea said all relevant parties would jointly strive for a solution.
