Citizens who are facing issues or have complaints, should make a point of going to the Perak Government 2024’s “Meet the Customer Day” Series 1, tomorrow (January 4) at Stadium Indera Mulia, Ipoh; from 9 am to 12 noon.
The Meet the Customer Day programme is a great platform for all levels of people to meet the leaders of the state, to address any issues. It’s an opportunity for the public to get a real picture of how various government programmes are going.
For example, Series 7 of last year’s Meet the Customer Day saw 136 complaints, and it was stated by Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad that throughout the prior 6 series of the programme, 786 out of 833 complaints had been resolved.
The Bandar Baru Tambun Ipoh folks have requested for a solar lighting (for night use) for their basketball court. But after more than than 1 year still not fulfill despite much follow up.
