IPOH – Hotel M Hill, expected to be completed by 2027, is set to become another landmark in the city of Ipoh and a top choice for visitors.
Chairman of the Perak State Tourism, Industry, Investment and Corridor Development Committee, Yb Loh Sze Yee, stated that the deluxe class hotel under the management of M Boutique Family of Hotel & Residences will boost the state’s revenue and the local economy.
“Since its establishment in 2013, M Boutique has always strived to provide a unique and premium lodging experience for its customers by diversifying themes at each hotel premise.
“From Industrial Straits Eclectic at M Boutique Ipoh to Jazz Monochromatic at M Boutique Station 18, the hotel management continues to expand its portfolio with dedication.
“In 2017, M Boutique further extended its reach with the construction of M Roof Hotel & Residences, featuring Neo-Modernist and Minimalist styles,” he said at a media briefing following the groundbreaking ceremony for Hotel M Hill recently.
Hotel M Hill will offer 261 rooms of various types, including family rooms and presidential suites, as well as various dining and recreational facilities.
According to Loh, Hotel M Hill will be the preferred destination for luxurious and classy accommodation in Perak.
“The gross development value of this project is approximately RM110 million. Through the addition of prestigious hotels in Perak State, especially in the city of Ipoh, it will also enhance the state’s tourism industry,” he said.
Also present was the Mayor of Ipoh, Dato’ Rumaizi Baharin.
