It is announced that the Ipoh City Council (MBI) counters at the Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) will proceed with payment without cash (cashless) for all bill payment transactions, effective March 1 2024 (Friday). The public are advised to activate their credit card/debit card/online banking in order to make the transactions if they wish to do so.
