The midday meal in a tiered bowl undoubtedly evokes nostalgia for one’s hometown for anyone who stops by Sayong Resort, Persisiran Sayong, Kuala Kangsar.
Indulging in a meal at Sayong Resort is truly peaceful, especially surrounded by the greenery of the Perak River Valley.
Certainly, D’Cafe at Sayong Resort awaits your visit with a village-style spread including White Rice, Gulai Lemak Ikan Sungai (Fish or Beef), Keli Ikan Bakar, Fermented Fish, Salted Fish, Kerabu/Pecal, Air Asam/Cili Kicap, Salad/Vegetable Mix, Sambal Belacan dan and a Jug of Syrup Drink.
Nor Azli Norshah, Food & Beverage Manager at Sayong Resort, mentioned that this special offering is not just for guests staying at the resort but is open to the public who wish to indulge in a hearty meal here.
“This special set provides 10 village-style dishes including beverages. This set can be enjoyed by three to four people at only RM85.00.
“We also offer additional items such as Spiced Fried Chicken (RM4.00 per piece) and Grilled Tenggalan Fish (RM40.00 per fish).
“Reservations can be made a day before the actual date to ensure the ingredients are fresh and of high quality,” he said.
Sayong Resort operates daily with lunch hours from 12.00 pm to 3.00 pm.
