As Ramadan approaches, many are on the lookout for places to break fast that satisfy both taste and affordability.
One such venue in Ipoh is the Impiana Hotel, which consistently garners attention for its buffet offerings that cater to the tastes of visitors.
Executive Chef Mohd Nizam Abdul Rahim announced that this year’s Ramadan buffet, themed ‘Piyor Kampung’, will run from March 13th to April 8th, 2024, at The Coffee House, Impiana Hotel.
“As is our tradition every year, we’re presenting a spread of village-style flavours. Over 200 dishes from six daily rotating menus will be served.
“Signature dishes like Spit-Roasted Lamb, Mamak-style Fish Head Curry, and Spicy Lamb Shank Stew have their own fan base, including non-Muslims.
“In addition, favourites such as Oxtail Soup, Rendang Tok, Catfish Cooked in Fermented Durian Paste, and Singaporean-style Soup are sure to please,” he said.
He further mentioned that the buffet will be available from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, priced at RM99.00 for adults, RM89.00 for senior citizens, and RM68.00 for children.
